Challenge Title: The Summer Fitness Challenge
Sharpen your body and unleash your inner strength! The Dawn Lands LARP is proud to announce the Summer Fitness Challenge, a thrilling opportunity to enhance your physical prowess.
The Challenge:
Throughout the late spring, from May 19th to June 17th, we invite you to embark on a journey of physical improvement.
Unleash Your Inner Athlete:
Complete 100 repetitions of bodyweight exercises per day.
Choose from the following exercises:
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Stomach crunches
Lunges
Squats
You may perform any combination of these exercises each day, as long as the total number of repetitions reaches 100. For example, you could do 100 push-ups, or 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups, or 25 sit-ups, 25 push-ups, 25 squats, and 25 lunges.
You do not have to do all of the exercises, but you do have to do 100 reps. You don't have the do them all at once and you don't have to do any of them that you don't like.
Document Your Progress:
Submit proof of your daily exercise completion.
Acceptable forms of proof include:
Photographic evidence: Submit at least one photograph of yourself performing each of the exercises (that day)
Daily Check in with with First Spear Lucia Valeria Strongfellow
Partner verification: Have a partner verify that you completed your daily 100 repetitions.

Submit your documentation to the Summer Fitness Challenge on discord here:
All submissions must be in text (posted in the discord thread).
Rewards:
1 XP: All participants who submit complete documentation of the challenge AND complete 100 reps a day for each day of the challenge will receive 1 XP. The 1 XP will be for completing the challenge, not for each day.
