He is often seen with a specialized sextant made of blackened brass and a series of sliding glass lenses, calculating the ship’s position not just by the stars, but by the gravitational pull of the Seven Moons.

Julian’s presence is one of cold, academic intensity. He wears a sharply tailored Tissian naval uniform in deep burgundy, always buttoned to the chin, with a silver-chain lanyard connecting to a series of specialized winding keys at his belt. He views the Exodus from Lullin as a complex logistical equation.
