Koshka Cooking Corner: Kakuni Pork

Long ago when Koshka but kitten Koshka live in little village called Hauga in Norse Lands. Food in Hauga very bland, mostly fish, little vegetable. Koshka parents try very hard but food always lacking. Koshka remember sitting in tiny shack with many many brother and sister as Miit try to make Hauga food good. Koshka still remember smell of herb and fish in air as Koshka and siblings play. Was fun, but Koshka want more.
When Koshka meet Cass we go off to trade in many place. We make way way down through city like New Dawn, to place like Smallfolk Nation, across Spiral Sea, buying and trading, until one day make it to Kingdom of Red Sun. Place very neat Koshka like, people no talk to Koshka unless Koshka talk to them! Though make Cass sad.
While in Red Sun we try dish called Kakuni. Is dish Red Sun bring from home world, through portal, but some tell Koshka originally from Jade home! No tell them Koshka say that! It is tasty dish and is eaten by family on special occasion like birthday. If never have Kakuni then missing out! Make Koshka drool! Koshka favorite Red Sun dish. It simply melt in mouth and have rich savory sauce!

Stuffs
Do not have ingredient? Still make! Substitute! No food police!
Green Onion (Koshka use 3 Koshka not your boss)
Ginger (Catfolk Toebean Size)
Oil (Little bit)
Pig (Any amount under size of house cat, Koshka use pig belly about 2 paw size chunk)
Water obviously
Red Sun Seven Spices (most person not have, not vital to recipe, nothing vital to recipe! Live free! Use Head! ((If not have use citrus, ginger, red chilli powder, seaweed, and sesame))
NOTE: Koshka like egg, Koshka add egg. Want egg? Boil egg 6 minute, then ice bath egg make very cold, peel egg. Put egg in soy sauce, water, sugar long time, least 30 minute. How much ingredient? Depend on taste, USE HEART!
Sauce Stuffs
½ cup water
¼ cup sake
½ cup mirin
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sugar (4 Tbsp)
Preparations!
Get ingredient. Chop pig into cube Koshka like 2 big thumb size. (about 2x2 inches)
Chop green onion little finger length, peel ginger, chop thin.
Cooking!
Grab pot, put oil in pot, get hot.
Put pig in pan do not overcrowd! Is nice sauna, not festival! Pig do not like touching! Cook until nice and brown and crispy tasty. Pig crispy, mean more pig fat, mean tastier pig.
When all pig brown add water. Just cover! No drowning! Add Green onions and ginger.
Cook 2 or more hour! Add water when low. Koshka start in morning.
When done drain and rinse pig, toss onion and ginger. (In Red Sun this important step. They say pig dirty! Must boil, then wash, then cook to get clean!)
Cooking Two!
Add pig back to pot
Add ½ cup water, ¼ cup sake, ½ mirin, ½ soy sauce, ¼ cup sugar, and seasoning. Simmer 10-20 minute or until bored.
