Challenge Period:Â January 5th, 2026 to February 3rd, 2026 (30 Days Straight) Total
Reward: 1 XP (Awarded only upon successful completion of all 30 days in the challenge period.)
The Goal
Commit to completing 100 repetitions of the approved exercises every single day between January 5th to Feb 3rd. This is a 30-day straight commitment—no rest days allowed!
Important: The 100 repetitions do not need to be done all at once, and they can be mixed up. You can break them up throughout the day into sets that work for you (e.g., 10 sets of 10 reps, 5 sets of 20 reps, etc.). Consistency is the priority.
Exercise Selection
On any given day, you must choose from the list of exercises and complete 100 reps. You can mix exercises within the same day's count, and you are welcome to pick a different exercise on the following day.
Choose from these 8 exercises daily:
Push-Ups
Squats
Lunges (50 per leg to count as 100 total reps)
Jumping Jacks
Burpees:Â (The full movement from standing, to plank, to chest-to-floor, and back to an explosive jump.)
Mountain Climbers: (Count one full rep when both knees have come forward—e.g., left, right is one rep.)
Crunches (Focus on controlled movement and engaging the core.)
Leg Raises
How to Win Your XP: Log your 100 reps for your chosen exercise each day. Successfully completing the daily goal for all 30 days straight of the challenge period (Jan 5th to Feb 3rd) will earn you the final 1 XP reward!
